Hemant is recognised for his expertise in the areas of General Corporate and Aviation laws. In his prior roles he closely worked with general corporate team of a listed entity for 5.5 years and his last role was of national corporate counsel.  He also advises and helps the clients on the management of their existing commercial and contractual relationships. He further advises on various services, IP, regulatory, commercial arbitrations, compliance, employment, outsourcing, procurement, and distribution issues.

Hemant is registered with the Bar Council of Telangana and holds a BA (Hons.) LLB (Hons.) degree in Law from the prestigious NALSAR University of Law. in His prior role, he was handling the role of National Corporate Counsel for a listed entity.
